<p align="center"><strong>Georgina (Ena) Phoebe Alexander</strong></p> <p align="center"><strong>October 1, 1921 – December 4, 2015</strong></p> <p align="center"><strong> </strong></p> <p> </p> <p>Passed peacefully away, Friday, December 4, 2015, Georgina (Ena) Phoebe Alexander (nee: Taylor) at the Corner Brook Long Term Care at the age of 94. She will be sadly missed by her loving family, children:  Marilyn (Boyd Penney), St. John’s, Carolyn (Taylor Colbourne), Corner Brook, Sandra (Brian Colbourne), St. John’s,  Brian Alexander (Rhonda), British Columbia; sisters Edith Wheeler, Helen Fillatre and sister-in-law Billie Taylor; grandchildren: Christina (Sean Harris), Catherine (Dave Bordieri), Kelly (Willie Smith), Sandy (Craig Manning), Janice (Kieran Rousseau), Glenn Colbourne (Ashley), Danielle (Steven Croft), Michael and Candice; great grandchildren:  Taylor, Reed, Liam, Ben, Regan, Chase, Jayden, Carrie, Gwendolyn, Charlotte and Quinn; sisters-in-law Margaret  Warren, Bessie Stead and brother-in-law Kenneth Alexander (Margaret) and a large circle of relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Douglas Haig Alexander, brothers:  Harold Taylor, Frank  (Lorraine)Taylor; sisters: Gertrude (Jack) Blundon, Marion (Gus) Baggs, Jessie (Tim) Stratton, special friend John White; sisters-in-law Grace (E.F. Moores), Edith (Charles) Fowler, Clarice (Tom) Tedesco,  brothers-in-law:  John (Joyce) Alexander, Albert (Joan) Alexander, Lloyd Alexander, Gordon Warren. The funeral service will be held Tuesday, December 8<sup>th</sup> at 11:00 am from Oakland United Church with Pastor Wendy Lowden officiating. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home 218 Curling Street Monday from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. As expressions of sympathy memorial donations may be made to a charity of ones choice. </p>
