Regina (Jean) Sparrow Curling, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late Jean Sparrow announce her passing on Wednesday, December 19th, 2007 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook at the age of 85 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her daughter: Joan Sparrow and partner, Bruce; three granddaughters: Tina, Cynthia and Angel; three great grandsons: Cory, William and Rodney; sister: Theresa Hunt; brothers: Bill (Molly) Brake, Bern (Audrey) Brake and Dave (Dot) Brake; special friend and sister-in-law: Molly Byrne; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Frank, July 25th, 2005; parents: Ralph Brake and Elizabeth (Benoit) Brake; brothers: Mike, Kevin and Aloysius . Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 218 Curling Street on Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, December 21st at 10:30 A.M. from Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Curling, Father Bernard Buckle officiating. Interment to follow at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Renal Dialysis Unit at Western Memorial Regional Hospital.
