She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband Edward; daughter Krista Colbourne (Greg), Corner Brook; granddaughters: Makayla and Gracie; sisters and brothers: Linda Rowsell (Bill), Corner Brook, Glynn Abbott (Carol Ann), Kitchener, Ont., loving sister Gloria Pittman (Bill), Rocky Harbour, Randy Abbott (Diane), Pasadena and Cheryl Abbott, London, Ont.; special sister-in-law Yvonne Marks; best friends: Gertie Rose and Colleen Wells; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Arthur and Annie Abbott, sisters Laverne Buckle and Berril Abbott, brother Anthony "Tony" Abbott. A private visitation and funeral service was held at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, St. Mark’s Avenue with interment at Mount Patricia Cemetery, Father Terry Boland officiating.
