<p align="center">MacInnis</p> <p align="center">Anita Marie Rose</p> <p align="center">Highlands, NL</p> <p> </p> <p>It is with great sadness that we announce the peaceful passing of Anita Marie Rose (Sheppard) MacInnis on Wednesday, July 22, 2015. Anita was born December 6, 1944 in Liverpool, England and was predeceased by her parents George and Mary Sheppard. She is survived by her loving husband Walter, son Terry (Leanda) Highlands, NL; daughter Linda (Terry),Calgary, AB; son: Allan  Corner Brook; grandchildren: Evan, Ryan, Jeremy, Samantha and Damian; siblings: Norma Childs of Kippens, NL, Linda Lewis (Jerome) of Holyrood, NL, Lorraine Tiessen, (Cecil Luff) of Perry Sound, Ontario,  Loretta Abbott, Ottawa, Mary Sheppard (Paul Hickey) Toronto, ON, George Sheppard, Toronto, ON,  Jackie Alcock (Gary) Corner Brook, NL, Honorah Sheppard (Robert Sanford) Truro, NS;  Mother-in-law Clara MacInnis, Brothers-in-law: Jim (Barb) Highlands, Ron, Highlands, Tony, St. John’s;  sisters-in-law  Angela,  and  Gertrude (Don) and many nieces and nephews. Visitation will take place on Sunday, July 26 from 2-4 pm at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing. The funeral service will be held on Monday, July 27<sup>th</sup>, 2015  at 11:00 a.m. from Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing with Father Maurice O’Quinn officiating, followed by the interment at the Roman Catholic Cemetery in the Highlands.  As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or memorial donations may be made to the Lung Association. </p>
