<p lang="EN"> </p> <p>It is with great sadness that the family of the late Phyllis Chaffey announce her passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital in Stephenville, NL on Wednesday July 15, 2015 at the age of 88 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: Helen (California), Donald (Doreen), Yvonne (David), Jerry (Freda), Madge (Dan), Todd (Olivine); sisters: Rachael, Gloria, Georgina, Roma, Sheila; brothers: Herman, Leopold, Melvin, Clayton; eight grandchildren, sixteen great-grandchildren and four great great-grandchildren as well as a large circle of other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband William Chaffey, her parents Stephen and Camebra Madore, sister Wilamina, brother Clarence and great great- grandson Brandon Lee. Visitation will take place from St. Michael and All Angels Anglican Church, St. David's on Friday, July 17 from 7-9. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, July 18 at 11:00 p.m from the St. Michael and All Angels Anglican Church, St. David's with Father Nick Griffith officiating. Inurnment will follow in the Anglican Cemetery in Jeffrey's. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to The Heart and Stroke Foundation.
