MORRIS Charles George Stephenville, NL 1930 - 2005 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Charles George Morris announce his passing at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville on Monday, October 31st, 2005 at the age of 74 years. He will be sadly missed by his loving wife Doreen (nee: Ogilvie), formerly from Hantsport, Nova Scotia; children: Karen (David) Fillatre, St. George's, David (Diane), Stephenville, Charles (Rebecca), Springdale, William (Patsy), Kelligrews; grandchildren: Lori, Ingrid, David, Erin, Raye, Thomas, David, Brittany, Amanda, Corey, Tim, Sophie, Heidi, Denise, Kyla, Julia and Shantal; great-grandchildren: Emma, Connor, Aiden, Callie Rose “That's some baby”and Jenna; brother George, St. George's, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. He was predeceased by parents Frederick and Georgiana Morris; brother Arthur; infant brother George Charles Henry; grand-daughter Heidi Nicole and faithful pal Poko. Visitation for friends will be held on Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the St. Mary The Virgin Anglican Church in St. George's, from where the funeral service will take place on Friday, November 4th at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Stewart Bellows officiating. Interment will follow at the United Cemetery, St. George's. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are accepted or donations may be made to St. Mary The Virgin Anglican Church Memorial Fund or to a charity of one's choice. Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Fillatre's Funeral Home, West Street, Stephenville Crossing.
