Passed away Tuesday, November 27th, 2007 Edward John Tarbett at the age of 60. Left to mourn with fond & loving memories his wife Linda, daughters: Jennifer, Ottawa, Christa & Paul Mercer, Fort Saskatchewan and son John, Fort Saskatchewan; Mother: Ann Tarbett , partner Lyle Layden, sisters: Lorraine & Norm Pafford, Aggie & Jack Wells, Fort Nelson, Bernice Vincent, London, ON, Cathy & Dorm Porter, Theresa Penney, Fort Nelson, Doreen & Alfred Humphries, Wanda & Byron Young, Fort Nelson; brother: Leo & Marion Tarbett, Barrie ON, mother-in-law Dorothy Christopher; sisters-in-law: Marie & Bruce Mitchell, Barbara Christopher, Ottawa; brothers-in-law: Paul & Jocelyn Christopher, Ray & Theresa Christopher, John Christopher & Martha Valiquette, Wolfville, NS, as well as numerous nieces, nephews other relatives and many friends. He was predeceased by father: Edward Tarbett, 1972, brother, Freddie Tarbett, 1988,sister Geraldine Tarbett, 1951 and father-in-law Raymond Christopher, 2003. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held Friday, November 30th at 10:30 a.m. from Sacred Heart Church, Father Bernard Buckle officiating followed by the interment at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home 218 Curling Street Thursday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. As expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Sacred Heart School Breakfast Program, Daffodil Place, Chemo Unit- Western Memorial Regional Hospital or Palliative Care Unit- Western Memorial Hospital.
