<p align="center"><span style="text-decoration: underline;"> </span></p> <p>It is with great sadness that the family of the late Tama Salome Winters announces her passing on January 25<sup>th</sup>, 2015 at the Labrador Grenfell Health Centre at the age of 80 years. Tama was called to eternal rest in the presence of daughters Elizabeth and Matilda and granddaughters Doris and Lianna.</p> <p> </p> <p>Tama Salome Winters (née Sillett) was born July 6, 1934 in Hopedale, Labrador to Jerry and Esther Sillit (née Tuttu).</p> <p> </p> <p>Tama was married to Nathan on July 29, 1951 in Hopedale, Labrador by Reverend Hettach. Together they had 12 children. She leaves to mourn, Jerry, Charlotte, Tom (Rosemarie), Bob, Matilda (Dave), Elizabeth (Clifford), Frances, 18 grandchildren, and 17 great-grandchildren. She also leaves to mourn sisters Silpa (Tom), Matilda (Ken), Justine, and a large circle of extended family and friends.</p> <p> </p> <p>Tama is predeceased by husband Nathan, children Abel, William, Michael, Biatus, and recently daughter Ruth. Also, grandson Geoffrey, greatgrandson Burton, sons in law Frederick and Richard, and daughter in law Angela.</p> <p> </p> <p>Friends can visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Happy Valley Goose Bay on Wednesday January 28<sup>th</sup> 2pm-4pm and 7pm-9pm. The funeral service will be held on January 29<sup>th</sup> at 2pm from the Moravian Church in Happy Valley Goose Bay. Interment followed at the Moravian Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers are greatly appreciated and donations can be made to the Moravian Church in Tama’s memory.</p> <p> </p> <p>The family guest book may be signed or memorial donation may be made through our website www.fillatre.ca.</p>
