JULY 13, 1911 - OCTOBER 31, 2007
It is with great sorrow that the family of the Late Harriett Piccott announce her passing at The Bay St. George Long Term Care Centre, Stephenville Crossing on Wednesday, October 31st in her 97th year. She was predeceased by her loving husband James, infant son Robert and son Bronzan. She will be sadly missed by her loving and devoted family: daughter: Jane Pieroway and husband John of McKays; sons: Arthur and friend Matilda of Robinsons; Freeman and Isabel of Heatherton, George and Nicole, Roy and Sharon of St. David’s; daughter-in-law: Emma of St. David’s; brother: George Matchem and sister-in-law Elvina; sisters: Elizabeth Harvey and Marion Gilliam both of Stephenville; 24 grandchildren, 47 great-grandchildren, 11 great-great grandchildren as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. Friends may visit St. George’s Anglican Church in Robinson’s on Thursday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. and on Friday from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. From where the funeral service will take place on Friday at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Karen Laldin officiating with Internment to follow in St. George’s Anglican Cemetery, Robinson’s. As expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the St. George’s Anglican Church Memorial Fund. The family guest book may be signed by visiting our website www.fillatre.ca. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing.
