<p>DEWEY</p> <p>Linda Joy</p> <p>Deer Lake</p> <p> </p> <p>It is with heavy hearts that the family announces the passing of Linda Dewey (nee Chaulk) of Deer Lake on Saturday, June 21<sup>st</sup> 2014, from the Western Memorial Regional Hospital in Corner Brook at the age of 70. Born January 8<sup>th</sup> 1944 in Deer Lake, she was the daughter of Muriel Chaulk and the late Amador Chaulk.  She is survived by her husband of 50 years, Edmund Lawrence Dewey, two daughters; Carole Dewey and spouse Keith Cross of Edmonton, AB, Brenda Di Bartolo and husband Andre of Oromocto, NB, two sons; Richard Dewey and spouse Penny Simmons of Deer Lake, Lee Dewey and Spouse Angela Green of Edmonton AB, six grandchildren; Zach, Sam, Megan, Cory, Andrew and Logan, two sisters; Sharon and husband Melvin Penney and June Quinton, six brothers; the late Laurie Chaulk and wife Hazel, Melvin and spouse Daisy, Derek and wife Doreen, Wade and wife Diane, Rick and wife Karen, Paul and wife Ethel and numerous other loving family members and dear friends. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home on Monday June 23 from 7-9PM; Memorial Service will be conducted on Wednesday, June 25<sup>th</sup> at 2PM from the Salvation Army Citadel in Deer Lake with Major Wade Budgell officiating, interment to follow at the Salvation Army Cemetery, Wight’s Road Deer Lake. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society and the Salvation Army Citadel. </p>
