He will be sadly missed by his son William (Bill) and daughter-in-law, Kathy of Corner Brook; grandson, Jason (Deanne) Sharpe in London, ON and granddaughter, Jennifer (Scott) Falshaw in Iqaluit, NU and two beautiful great-grandchildren Olivia and Owen Sharpe, London, ON. Also left to mourn is his sister, Sadie Crane in Oakville, ON; brother Raymond (Phyllis) Sharpe in Corner Brook; sister-in-law and brother-in-law, Vera and Tom Murphy of Corner Brook and a circle of close relatives and friends.  He was predeceased by his wife, Marie; brothers, John, Edwin and Donald and sisters, Mabel Janes and Marjorie Evis.  Cremation has taken place.  A Memorial Service will take place on Monday, March 24, 2014, 11:00 am, at the Fillatre’s Chapel, St. Marks Avenue officiated by The Very Reverend Baxter Park.  Interment will take place at a later date.  In lieu of flowers, donations in Lew’s memory may be made to the Western Regional Hospital Foundation – Long Term Care Centre.
