Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his 11 children: James (Marie), Pasadena, Alex Whitehorn, Charles (Donna), Corner Brook, Stella (Bill Stone), Hamilton, ON, Audrey (Warrick Payne), Cox’s Cove, Cora (Wendell Butt), Stephenville Crossing, Douglas (Laura), Corner Brook, Robert (Barbara), Pasadena, Gideon, Summerside, Lloyd, Summerside and Dale Woodman (Sam), Corner Brook; 22 grandchildren and numerous great and great great grandchildren; step sister Carol Delaney and stepbrother Charles Dyke;  as well as a large circle of relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his wife Annie, 2002, brothers Ronald (Alice) and Clarence and sister Mary. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Marks Avenue on Wednesday evening 7-9:00 p.m. and Thursday from 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28<sup>th</sup> at 2:00 p.m. from the Salvation Army Citadel, Clarence Street with Majors Raymond and Laura Janes officiating. The interment will follow at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice.
