<p align="center"><strong>Adeline Nellie Gallant  </strong></p> <p align="center"><strong>(Nee:White)</strong></p> <p align="center"><strong>Benoits Cove, NL</strong></p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Surrounded by her loving family <strong>Adeline Nellie Gallant</strong> passed peacefully away in the Palliative Care Unit at Western Memorial Regional Hospital, on Friday January 10, 2014 in her 89<sup>th</sup> year. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her 14 children: Dan Gallant (Josephine), Matilda Ball, Genevieve Bennett, Rose George (Isaac), Mary Ellen Gilbert(Doug), Pauline Russell (Dave), Howard Gallant, Patrick Gallant (Gloria), Walter Gallant (Nora), Leslie Gallant (Mary), Gordon Gallant (Paula), Charlie Gallant, Magdalen Bennett (Jason), Vince Gallant and a large number of grandchildren and great grandchildren; sisters: Emma Park, Elsie Hynes (Kevin), Alice Park (Llewelyn); brothers: Walter White, Charles White (Judy), William White (Evelyn); as well as numerous nieces, nephews other relatives and many friends. She was predeceased by her husband Patrick Gallant, 1973, grandson Elliott Gallant, parents William and Deborah White, special uncle Jim White, sisters: Genevieve White, Lucy Gallant, Susan Laing, brother George White, daughters–in- law: Maude Gallant and Marion Gallant, sons-in-law: Felix Bennett, Derrick Ball, brother-in-law Roy Park and sister-in-law Sylvia White. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held Monday, January 13<sup>th</sup> at 10:00 a.m. from Our Lady Star of the Sea Church in Benoits Cove, Father Maurice O`Quinn officiating followed by the interment at the church cemetery. Friends may visit Fillatre`s Funeral Home 218 Curling Saturday & Sunday during the hours 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or memorial donations may be made to Our Lady Star of the Sea Parish.
