LIDSTONE MARY MARGARET CORNER BROOK, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late Mary Lidstone announce her passing on Friday, August 12th, 2005 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 74. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories: son: Darrell (Judy), Barrie, Ontario; daughter: Diane Young (Joe), Corner Brook; three grandchildren: Ryan, Brandon and Preyanka; one great granddaughter: Paige Leah Dawn; sisters: Lois Callahan, Corner Brook, Helen Dorner, Betty Caventiz and Joan Boockholdt, USA; brother: Joseph White, Stephenville Crossing; brothers and sisters-in-law: June and Gerald Smith, Stephenville, Doug and Valda Wiseman, Dartmouth, NS, Jim and Vera Lidstone, Hughes Brook, Irene Lidstone, Hughes Brook and Laura Lidstone, Corner Brook, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Calvin, September 1993 and son David, January, 1994. Friends may visit Fillatre's Funeral Home, 4 St. Marks Avenue on Saturday, 7-9:00 p.m., and Sunday, 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m.. The funeral service will be held on Monday, August 15th, at 2:00 p.m. from the Humber United Church, Clarence street. Rev. Clayton Parsons officiating. Interment to follow at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Humber United Church Memorial Fund.
