<p align="center">Ada Mae</p> <p align="center">Wells</p> <p align="center">Corner Brook, NL</p> <p align="center">December 12, 1919 – September 2, 2013</p> <p> </p> <p>It is with great sadness that the family of the late Ada Mae Wells announce her passing on Monday, September 2, 2013 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 93 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: Rudy (Joan) Wells, Corner Brook, Rita (Ian) Banks, Corner Brook and Mae Scott, Ontario; 10 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and 2 great-great-grandchildren; sisters: Myra Boone, Ontario and Elsie Humphries, Corner Brook; brother Fred (Joan) Barter, Pasadena; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Eugene Wells, daughter Betty Lou Graham, grandson Terry Wells, granddaughter Gayle Pittman, parents Arthur and Elsie Barter, sisters Mary Hutchings and Reta MacDonald, brothers Alexander and Arthur Barter. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Wednesday from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 5 at 2:00 p.m. from Fillatre’s Funeral Home Chapel, St. Mark’s Avenue with Rev. Fran Ota officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, no flowers by request, donations may be made to the Humber United Church Memorial Fund.
