ADA GALE (nee: Noseworthy) Age 80 Great Codroy, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late Ada Gale announce her passing at Dr. Charles L. LeGrow Health Centre on July 15th, 2005 in her 80th year. She leaves to mourn with precious memories her daughters Catherine Gale and Ann Noseworthy (Perry), five grandchildren: Johnathan, Angela, Jesse, Shawn and Andrea; one brother, Charles Noseworthy; two very special nieces: Patty Grandstaff, Wichita, Kansas, and Marilyn Miller, Omaha, Nebraska; special nephew Gerald Samms; sisters-in-law: Alva Noseworthy, Shirley Noseworthy, May Noseworthy, Nellie Gale, Alma Gale, Margaret Bennett, Eileen Gale, and Stella Pate, Texas; brother-in-law Robert F. Miller, Omaha, Nebraska; as well as a large circle of relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her loving husband Alphonsus Gale; parents: William and Alice Noseworthy (nee Parsons); four sisters: Mary Samms, Jean Miller, Sue Bowman and Dorothy Noseworthy; four brothers: Jack, James, Stephen and Lawrence Noseworthy. The family received friends at St. Ann's Church, Upper Ferry on Saturday & Sunday, from where the funeral mass was held on Monday, July 18th, 2005 at 10:30 a.m. with Father Lee Lainey officiating. Interment followed at Mount St. Thomas Cemetery. Funeral arrangements were entrusted to Fillatre's Funeral Home, Port aux Basques.
