It is with great sadness that the family of the late Arthur G. Luther announce his passing at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Tuesday, February 3, 2004 in his 95th year. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories, daughter Glenda Luther, Corner Brook, Sons: Franklin (Mona), Deer Lake, Wayne (Alice), Bay Roberts; grandchildren; Dana (Steve) Junger, Kent (Virginia), Blair (Marilyn), Allison, Steven, Kirk, great grandchildren; Bradley, Dana and Jordan, as well as dear family members Joy and Don; He will also be remembered by sister Maud Patrick, sister-in-law Doris Luther, also nieces and nephews. He was predeceased by wife Maisie, December 2, 2003, brothers, Joseph and James and sisters Rebecca, kate, Lily and grandson Keith. Friends may visit Fillatre's Funeral Home, 10 Clinic Drive, Deer Lake, Wednesday from 7 to 0 pm and Thursday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 pm. The funeral service will be held on Friday, February 6, at 2 pm from St. Paul's United Church, Deer Lake, officiated by Reverend Doctor Tony Newell. Interment to follow at the United Church Cemetery, Wight's Road. As expressions of sympathy memorial donations may be made to the Janeway Children's Hospital.
