Frederick Sean Smith Summerside, NL 1961 … 2013 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Freddie Smith announce his sudden passing on Monday, June 10th, 2013 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 52 years. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories: his father Ross Smith; brothers and sisters: Tony Smith (Cindy), Wanda Smith (Lyall), Joanne Earle (Wayne); brother-in-law Tim Gash; nieces and nephews: Jordan (Crystal), Gregory (Chrissy), Christa (Aaron), Deon (Michelle), Matthew; great nieces and nephews: Mackenzie, Zachary, Caleb, Kennedy and Grant; as well as a large number of other relatives, neighbours, and friends. He was predeceased by his mother, Stella Smith, October 30th, 2012 and his sister Deborah Smith, March 14, 2011. The family will be receiving friends at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. from where the funeral service will be held on Thursday, June 13 at 1:00 p.m. with cremation to follow at Humber Valley Crematorium. Burial of ashes will be held on Friday, June 14th at 11:00 A.M. in the family plot at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or memorial donations may be made to the Canadian Mental Health Association.
