Madeline E. Greene Halfway Point, NL Passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family , Madeline Greene at the Corner Brook Long Term Care Home on Thursday, January 17th, 2013 in her 91st year. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her children: Jim (Marjorie), John (Lisa), Halfway Point, Cecilia McGibbon (Jack predeceased), London, ON, Garland (Hilda), Halfway Point, Tory-Vicki, Corner Brook, Patsy Butt (Gary) Mt. Moriah, Brian (Karen), Corner Brook and Lorne (Lucy), Sudbury, ON; a large circle of grandchildren and great grandchildren; special friends: Pat Byrne, Wanda Ellsworth, Mike and Frances Newman and Hazel Butt. She was predeceased by her husband Chesley in 1995, father: James Revalls; brother: Gus Revalls; grandson: Darren Greene and daughter-in-law: Betty. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 218 Curling Street on Saturday and Sunday from the hours of 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. The funeral Mass will be held on Monday, January 21st at 2:00 p.m. from Our Lady Star of the Sea Parish, Benoits Cove with Father Edmund Camacho officiating. The interment will follow at the church cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to the charity of one’s choice. The family guest book may be signed or a memorial donation may be made through our website www.fillatre.ca.
