It is with great sadness that the family of the late Percy Ponniuk announce his sudden passing on Oct 30 2012 at Happy Valley Goose Bay at the age of 64 years. He will be sadly missed by his wife Sarah; children Pauline,Percy Jr.,Christine(Conrad). Stepchildren; Priscilla(Todd),Annie(William),Joseph,Kathy(Jeremy),11 grandchildren 2 great grandchildren, sisters;Josephine(Harold),Edna(Chris),brother Ben(Barbara).As well as a large circle of nieces,nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Mararet & Peter, brothers Richard,PeterC.,William,John Wolfrey, sisters; Ann,Elizabeth & Bessie. Friends may visit Fillatres Funeral Home on Thursday from the hours of 2-4 7-9. The Funeral service will be held on Friday Nov. at 2 p.m. from saint Andrews Anglican Church Happy Valley Goose Bay with interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery. Donations in his memory may be made to the Heart and Stroke foundation.
