WESLEY MILTON THOMAS Corner Brook, NL September 15, 1938 - September 19, 2012 It is with deep sadness that the family announce the sudden passing of Wesley Milton Thomas on Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at the Intensive Care Unit at Western Memorial Regional Hospital, Corner Brook. He was 74 years old. Wesley is predeceased by his wife Vivian Thomas, parents James and Lucy Thomas. Left with fond memories his son Peter (Heidi) and daughter Karen (Conrad Young); grandchildren: Amanda and Steven Thomas and Mariah Young; step-grandchildren Justin (Gillian) and Kenny (Abbey); step-great-grandchildren Landon, Logan and Benjamin; siblings Garland (Irene), Beaton (Luzie), Wavey (Melvin) Cross, James (Anne), Golda (Derrick) Parsons, Linda (Jerry) Buckley and Graham (Rhonda); as well as a large extended family and a wide circle of friends. Cremation has taken place at Humber Valley Crematorium. A memorial service will be held at Fillatre’s Funeral Chapel, St. Mark’s Avenue with Archbishop Stewart Payne officiating. Interment to follow at Mount Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Palliative Care Unit, Western Memorial Regional Hospital or to a charity of one’s choice.
