It is with great sadness that the family of the late Angus Payne announce his passing on June 27th, 2005 after a long and courageous battle with cancer, at Western Memorial Regional Hospital, in his 52nd year. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, his loving wife of 29 years, Cavell (nee Lovell); daughter Joni (Whitney) Park; son Jody (Kim Henderson), both from Orangeville, ON; special grandchildren: Kendra and Melanie; brother Wilfred (Doreen); mother-in-law Florence Lovell; sisters-in-law: Delphine (Rick) Blanchard, Yvette (Brian) Pafford, Norma (Bernard) Gallant, Deborah (Darren) Park, Cora-Lee (Jamie) Curtis; brothers-in-law: Glendon (Marlain) Lovell, Rick (Debbie) Lovell, Dempsey (Michelle)Lovell, Alvin (Karen) Lovell, Dennis (Barbara) Lovell; along with a large circle of other relatives and many friends. Predeceased by his mother Mary (nee Park) (1979), father Philip (2003), grandson Joshua Park (2004); sisters: Doris Cox (2001), Susan Buffett (2004) and father-in-law Maurice Lovell (1997). Friends may visit St. Nicholas Anglican Church, Cox's Cove, on Monday 7-9:00 p.m. and Tuesday 2-4:00 and 7-9:00 p.m. from where the funeral service will take place on Wednesday, June 29th at 2:00 p.m. with Reverend Joan Coles officiating. Interment will take place from St. Nicholas Anglican Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to the charity of one's choice.
