Passed peacefully away at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Sunday, June 24, 2012, Annie Maud Park at the age of 89 years. Left to mourn with fond and loving memories her son Algon (Olive) Park, Steady Brook; daughters: Beulah (Roy) Hillier, Fort McMurray, Alb. and Lida (Wayne) Pear, Cox’s Cove; grandchildren: Michelle (Peter) White, St. John’s, Dale (Jennifer) Park, Steady Brook, Tammy Whalen (Andrew), Camrose, BC, Christa Pear and Nathan (Jane) Pear all of Fort McMurray, Alb; great-grandchildren: Lucas Park, Stephanie White, Jessica Park and Rebecca White; brother Leonard Payne, Glenburnie; sister Eliza (Donald) Matthews, Black Duck Siding; as well as a very large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Predeceased by her husband Raymond Park. Friends may visit Emmanuel Pentecostal Church in Cox’s Cove on Tuesday from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. from where the funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 27 at 2:00 p.m. with Pastor William Sampson officiating and assisted by Pastor Calvin Andrews. Interment to follow at the Pentecostal Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Gideon Bible Fund or Emmanuel Pentecostal Church Memorial Fund.
