THERESA MARY CROCKER (nee Ducey) Corner Brook, NL April 25, 1926 - May 27, 2012 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Theresa Crocker (nee Ducey) announce her passing on Sunday, May 27, 2012 at the Corner Brook Long Term Care Facility at the age of 86 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her daughter: Joanne (Greg) Collins; two grandsons: Joseph and Mark (Jessica); sister: Lizeta Fitzpatrick; brother: James (Ailsia) Ducey; sisters-in-law: Bride Ducey, Jessie Kirby and Marilyn Avery; brothers-in-law: Ingram (Emma) Crocker, Aubrey Crocker and David (Shelia) Crocker; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Lawrence Jacob “Jake” Crocker, parents Mary Anne and William Ducey, sisters: Rosanna, Bride, Mary and Cecilia, brothers: Hugh, William, Michael , Joseph and Aloysius. Cremation has taken place at Humber Valley Crematorium. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Mark’s Avenue on Tuesday from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, May 30 at 1:30 p.m. from The Cathedral of the Most Holy Redeemer, Mount Bernard Avenue followed by interment at Mount Patricia Cemetery, Father Ambrose Hynes officiating. As expressions of sympathy, flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
