Doris Edna Wells Port Sauders, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late Doris Wells announce her passing on Sunday, November 20th, 2011 at Rufus Guinchard Health Centre in Port Saunders at the age of 71 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories her husband: Tom; son: Kenneth; granddaughter: Julietta; grandson: Donovan; great grandchildren: Parker and Sophia; sisters: Renne (George), Anchor Point, Peal (Sam), River of Ponds, Catherine, Corner Brook, and May (Henry), Port Saunders; brothers: Dwight (Brenda), Otto (Bonnie), Brampton, ON, Frederick (Pat), Manley, London, ON., Walter (Irene), Hawkes Bay; brother-in-law: Don Verge, Deer Lake; and a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents: Thomas and Muriel Sheppard; sister: Philmon Verge; brothers: Thomas and Kenneth; sister-in-law: Lydia. The family will be receiving friends from Good Tidings Pentecostal Church in Port Saunders on Tuesday, 7-9:00 p.m. from where the funeral service will take place on Wednesday , November 23rd at 1:00 p.m. , Pastor Jenkins officiating. The Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery in River of Ponds. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations can be made to a charity of one’s choice.
