It is with great sadness that the family of the late Bruce Edmonds announce his passing on Wednesday, May 18th 2005 at the O'Connell Centre in his 84th year. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 60 years Rosena (nee: Pike), son Dion (Karen) Ottawa, ON, special nephew Wayne (Gloria), special niece Lori, special great nephews Kenny (Denise), Jeff (Tina), sister Catherine Gosse, Robinsons, sisters-in-law Phyllis, Mt. Moriah, Claira, Stephenville, Alvina (George Matchim), St. Davids, Vernice (Cecil Alley), St. Davids, caregiver Bernadette Gallant and numerous other family and friends. He was predeceased by his father Edward 1944, mother Laura 1979, brothers Stephen 1999, Ellis 1995, brother-in-law Walter Gosse. The funeral service will be held Saturday, May 21st at 10:30 am from St. Mary's Anglican Church, Curling Street Reverend Ed King officiating followed by the interment at Mt. Paticia Cemetery. Friends may visit Fillatre's FUneral Home 218 Curling Street Thursday from 7-9 pm and Friday 2-4 & 7-9 pm. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or memorial donations may be made to the Western Memorial Regional Hospital Palliative Care Unit or the Canadian Cancer Society.
