FREEMAN DOLLIMOUNT Pasadena, NL (Formerly of Francois, NL) November 1, 1938 - September 13, 2011 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Freeman Dollimount announce his sudden passing on Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at the age of 72 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife of 49 years Mabel (Nee Durnford); children: Florence (Onslow) Simms, Derek (Lisa) Dollimount, Roxann (Kevin) Fudge and Tammy (Robin) Keeping; daughter-in-law Melanie Dollimount; grandchildren: Stacy, Hailey, Caitlyn, Brittany, Jamie, Belle and Brandon; foster mother Leah Andrews, sisters: Marion (James) Purchase and Elsie Eagle; step-brother Kevin (Leona) Andrews; parents-in-law: William and Edna Durnford; sisters-in-law: Thannia (Sidney) Scott and Elizabeth (Danny) Lawrence; brothers-in-law: John (Shirley) Durnford and Bill (Sarha) Durnford; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his son Freeman Jr. Dollimount, parents Albert and Florence Dollimount and brother Wallace Dollimount. Friends may visit St. David’s of Wales Anglican Church in Pasadena on Thursday and Friday from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. from where the funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 17 at 2:00 p.m. with Bishop Leonard Whitten officiating. Interment to follow at the Anglican Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
