ANSTEY MARY CECILIA CORNER BROOK, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late Mary Cecilia Anstey announce her passing on Tuesday, May 3rd, 2005 at the J.I.O'Connell Centre at the age of 88 years. She will be sadly missed by her brother: Ralph Carberry, Corner Brook; sisters: Carolyn (Lawrence Byrne), Corner Brook, Audrey Shellard, Nova Scotia, Alma Drasdowski, Texas, Shirley O'Neil, Pasadena, Mabel Carberry, Corner Brook and Hilda (Bob Mosher), Corner Brook; sister-in-law: Doris (Ralph Wight), Corner Brook; brother-in-law: Cyril Anstey (Helen), Corner Brook; two very special home support workers: Dorothy Lushman and Sheila Christopher, as well as numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Eric, December 14, 2003, parents: Lionel and Hannah Carberry and brothers Austin and Gordon Carberry. Friends may visit Fillatre's Funeral Home, 4 St. Marks Avenue on Thursday, 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Friday, May 6th at 2:00 p.m. from the Cathedral of St. John The Evangelist, The Very Reverend Lorne Gosse officiating. Interment to follow at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Children`s Wish Foundation.
