Ruby Lillian Williams (nee Childs)

Nov. 12, 1948 – Jan. 18, 2025

Ruby Lillian Willams (nee Childs) passed away peacefully on January 18, 2025 at the Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville, at the age of 76 years.

She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her loving sons David (Lara) and Jason (Cathy), grandchildren Jordon and Erin, sisters Irene (Ron) and Margarite, brother Lorne, sister-in law Deloris and many nieces, nephews and close friends.

Pre-deceased by her parents Melina and Cecil; husband Sam Williams; common-law partner Ross Bennett; sisters: Ena (Allen), June (Harold) , Dora (Robert), brothers Clyde & Russell; brother-in-law Dave Wyatt.

Visitation will take place at St. James Church, Lark Harbour, on Wednesday, January 22, 2025 beginning at 11 Am to 1:30 PM, followed by the Funeral service  at 2 PM with Rev. Effie Organ officiating. 

In lieu of flowers, as expressions of sympathy, memorial donations may be made to the Kidney Foundation.
