October 14, 1954 – January 2, 2025
With the heaviest of hearts, we sadly announce the passing of Wilmore Nippard on January 2, 2025. Wilmore passed suddenly in the comfort of his home in Pollard’s Point, NL.
Left to mourn is his wife, Joan; son Cordell (Kelly); daughter Laverne (Joey); grandchildren Kaelyn, Cameron, and Taylor; brothers Everett (Loretta), Jim, Leonard, Franklin (Faye); and sister Margaret. Also left to mourn are a number of nieces, nephews, other family members, and friends. Wilmore was predeceased by his parents Stewart and Annie Nippard.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, January 11th 2025 at 2:00 pm with Rev. Diana Fry officiating at St. Michael and All Angels Anglican Church in Pollard’s Point.
