It is with great sadness that the family of the late George Albert Short announce his passing at the Calder Health Centre in Burgeo, on Sunday, July 11th, 2010 at the age of 74 years. Friends may visit St. John The Evangelist Anglican Church in Burgeo on Tuesday and Wednesday, from where the funeral service will take place on Thursday, July 15th at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at the Community Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to the charity of one's choice.
