Obituary of Michael Kenneth Peach

Please share a memory of Michael to include in a keepsake book for family and friends.

It is with deep sadness that the family of the late Michael Kenneth Peach announce his passing on Tuesday, October 22nd, 2024.

Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are his daughter: Abigail; father: Cyril; brothers: Stephen (Lynda and children); Gregory (Monica); the mother of Abigail: Bonnie; as well as a large circle of family and friends.

Michael was predeceased by his mother: Gladys.

The family would like to give special thanks to Abigail’s mother, Bonnie and Bonnie’s son, Nathan who were there for Mike during his final moments.

Mike was carefree, enjoyed listening to music and having a good time with friends. He was always brightening people’s day and making them laugh by sharing his humour on social media. However, nothing gave him more joy than spending time with his daughter, Abigail. His love and pride for her was obvious.

Mike was well known and well liked within the community. He was a fixture at the College of the North Atlantic where he worked for many years, and at the Sandbar where you could often find him BBQing and sipping a cold Black Horse with friends.

He will be missed.

As an expression of sympathy donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.

A graveside service will be held at a later date for family and friends.
