Lawrence Saunders Jr. Happy Valley - Goose Bay, NL 1949 - 2010 						 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Lawrence (Lovie) Saunders Jr. Announce his passing on Friday, June 18th, 2010 at his residence in Happy Valley - Goose Bay at the age of 60 years. Predeceased by his father Lawrence Saunders, his mother Mary (Best) Saunders and his sister Pearl (Saunders) Beaulac. He will be sadly missed by his brothers Gus Saunders, Robert “Nick” Saunders (Ruth), Paul Saunders (Wanda) and Maurice Beaulac. Forever cherished by his beloved nieces and nephews: Robbie, Lori-Lynn, Troy, Madison, Mackenzie, Krystal, Craig, Mary-Elizabeth, Julia, Hailey, Rebekah and Andrew. As well as a large circle of other relatives, friends and his best friend “Maxi.”Friends and family are welcomed to visit at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Happy Valley-Goose Bay on Sunday, June 20th from 7-9 p.m. and on Monday, June 21st from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, June 22nd from the United Church at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at the United Church Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers will be greatly accepted or donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
