Ignatia Teresa Dolomount (nee Brake) Corner Brook, NL It is with great sadness that the family of the late Ignatia (Nish) Dolomount announce her passing on Monday, May 31st, 2010 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 79 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories are her husband of 55 years, Gerald; children: Mary (Kenrick Hancox), Paula (Michael Coyne), George (Jennifer) and Mark (Pamela); grandchildren: Christa, Michael, Luke, Kenzie, Nicklas and Alex; great grandchildren: Kiah and Rowan; brother: Stan Brake (Regina); brothers-in-law: Ron Dolomount (Eudevilla) and Mike Wall; sisters-in-law: Annie Hardy, Gloria Allen (Dennis), Louise Brake, Mary Brake, Rosie Brake and Leona Brake; as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents: Joseph and Mary Margaret Brake; brothers and sisters: William, Cyril, Matilda, Regina, Dorothy, Leonard, Michael, Rita, Geraldine, Carol and Kevin. Family and friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 4 St. Marks Avenue on Tuesday evening, 7-9:00 p.m. and Wednesday, 2-4 and 7-9:00 p.m. The Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, June 3rd at 10:30 A.M. from the Cathedral of the Most Holy Redeemer, Mt. Bernard Avenue. Father Maurice O’Quinn officiating. Interment to follow at Mt. Patricia Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Cancer Society.
