Passed away Tuesday, May 18th, 2010 at the Interfaith Home, Corner Brook Susie C. George at the age of 84. Leaving to mourn her sister Ethel Higdon, sisters-in-law Priscilla and Winnifred George, as well as special friends Jessie and Woodrow and their families and a large circle of relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Gilbert and Selena George, brothers Edward, Elwood and Wallace. Visitation will be held at Fillatre’s Funeral Home 218 Curling Street Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9, with cremation to follow. The Memorial Service will be held Friday, May 21st at 11:00 a.m. from Fillatre’s Funeral Home Chapel 4 St. Marks Ave. Major Calvin Fudge officiating. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation.
