Morris Alexander Anderson passed away peacefully at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital on Thursday, May 23rd, 2024, at the age of 81 years. Morris leaves to mourn his wife of 59 years, Louise. As well as his daughter, Joy (Chad), granddaughters; Megan (Matt) and Kavanna, sister Theresa, and special cousin, Sybil Dollimount, as well; many relatives and friends. Morris was predeceased by parents John and Mary Anderson, Brothers; Jack (Joyce) and Bill (Ann). Parents-in-law, John and Elizabeth Simms.
Morris loved the outdoors, camping and being on the water was one of his favorite pastimes. Morris had a great love for music, especially his fiddle and guitar. Morris’s love for his family was his main treasure.
A funeral service will be held at St John the Evangelist Church on Sunday, May 26th, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Elsie Rose officiating, followed by the interment at the Burgeo Community Cemetery.
