ELSIE MAUDE FOST ROBINSON’S, NL (FORMALLY OF MILLERTOWN, NL) NOVEMBER 24, 1918 … MAY 5, 2010 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Elsie Maude Fost announce her passing on Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital, Stephenville at the age of 91 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: Joan (Azariah) Smith, Elizabeth (Bernard) Legge, Edward (Joan) Fost, Charles (Dianne) Fost; daughter-in-law Charlotte Fost; 14 grandchildren; 5 great-grandchildren; sister Alma Reid; brother Elwood Mayne, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Roy; infant daughter: Margaret; parents George and Mariah Mayne; sons Harry and Fred; grandson Damien Smith; sisters Elizabeth Antle and Jane March. Friends may visit Millertown Community Church on Friday, May 7, 2010 beginning at 12 noon from where the funeral service will take place at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Randy Lockyer officiating. Interment will follow in the Anglican Cemetery, Millertown. As expressions of sympathy in lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Canadian Cancer Society.
