FRANK CLAUDE RICKETTS Sop’s Arm, NL June 8th, 1936 - April 26th, 2010 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Frank Claude Ricketts announce his passing on Monday, April 26th, 2010 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital, Corner Brook at the age of 73 years. He leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories his wife Cecily; children: Clyde (Karen), Bowmanville, Ont., Keith (Angie), Furgus, Ont., Kevin (Angie), Kitchener, Ont. And Annie (Daniel) Smith, Furgus, Ont; grandchildren: Jacob, Anna, Andy and Mary; brother Fred (Gertie), Deer Lake; sisters and brothers-in-law: Marie Ricketts, Patsy Ricketts, Rita (Gilbert) Budden, Golda (James) Hewitt, David Pittman and Pearl Pittman, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents Nathaniel and Minnie, brothers Ernest, Thomas, Hubert and Archibald, sisters Annie and Alva, brothers-in-law James Gill and Robert Pittman, sister-in-law Susanna (Harold) Davis, mother and father-in-law Caroline and Hubert Pittman. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, 10 Clinic Drive, Deer Lake on Tuesday 7-9 p.m. Visitation will continue on Wednesday 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. at the Anglican Church of the Transfiguration, Sop’s Arm from where the funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 29 at 2:00 p.m. Interment to follow at the United Church Cemetery, Sop’s Arm. As expressions of sympathy flowers graciously accepted or donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
