It is with great sadness that the family of the late Norman Michelin announce his passing on his birthday April 24th, 2010 at the Labrador Health Centre at the age of 86 years. He will be sadly missed by his wife Millie; children: Terry and wife Wavey, Oakley, Michael and wife Penny; sisters: Charlotte, Winnie and Betty; brothers: Richard and Ross, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his brothers George, Oswald, Brian and Henry, sister Ettie, father Stewart and mother Lousia. Friends may visit Fillatre's Funeral Home, Happy Valley-Goose Bay on Sunday and Monday from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 27 from the United Church, interment to follow at the Anglican cemetery. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to a charity of one's choice. The family guest book may be signed through our website www.fillatre.ca.
