Obituary of Myra Evelyn Young
February 24, 1959 - March 12, 2024
It is with heavy hearts that the family of the Late Myra E. Young announce her passing on Tuesday, March 12th, 2024 at the Rufus Guinchard Health Care Centre, at the age of 65 years.
Myra leaves to mourn her partner Eugene Caines; loving son Jason Young (Jena); 2 daughters Robin Young and Darmaris Moores; 6 adorable grandchildren whom she loved dearly: Georgia, Grady, Noel, Jasmine, Bree and Ben; her beloved sisters: Margaret, Loretta, Elaine, Joan (Edgar); brothers: Peter (Romaine), Maxwell, Donald (Candice) and a wide circle of family and friends.
She is predeceased by parents Maxwell and Eudora Young; son Brandon.
Visitation will take place at St. Thomas Beckett Anglican Church, Port au Choix, NL.
Thursday, March 14th, 2024 from 3pm - 9pm
Friday, March 15th, 2024 from 1pm - 9pm.
Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, March 16th, 2024 @ 2 pm, St. Thomas Beckett Anglican Church, Port au Choix, NL. with The Rev. Marie Smith officiating. Cremation to follow.
