EVA BRENNAN STEPHENVILLE CROSSING, NL AUGUST 27, 1921 … APRIL 14, 2010 It is with great sadness that the family of the late Eva Brennan announce her passing on Wednesday, April 14, 2010 at Western Memorial Regional Hospital, Corner Brook at the age of 88 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her children: James (Maureen), Patrick Jr. (Winnifred), Barbara (Leroy) Connolly, Janice Brennan, Marie (Brian) Downey, Paul (Natalie), Marcel (Nadine), Maureen (Wayne) Harvey; 15 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Patrick; parents Hezekiah and Lillian Maude King; granddaughter Jennifer; great-grandson Noah; siblings: Charolette, Ada, Maria, Dougal, James, Bertrum and Wesley. Friends may visit Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing on Friday from the hours of 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The funeral service will be held on Saturday, April 17, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. from the Roman Catholic Church of the Assumption with Rev. Gwen Butler officiating. Cremation will take place at Humber Valley Crematorium following the service with interment at a later date. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Bay St. George Long Term Care Center, Sir Thomas Roddick Hospital Foundation, or All Saints Anglican Church Memorial Fund.
