Birchy Head.
It is with great sadness that the family of the late Thelma Caines announce her passing on Wednesday, April 7th, 2010 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 89 years. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories her sons: Rendell (Shirley), Lindy (Lillian), 4 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren, sisters: Beaulah Parsons, Lorraine (Fred) Parsons, sisters in law: Dorcas Goosney, Rosie Goosney and brother in law Russell Anderson. She was predeceased by her husband Hubert, parents, 2 sisters and 2 brothers. Friends may visit the Pentecostal Church in Birchy Head on Thursday evening and all day Friday, from where the funeral will be held on Saturday, April 10th 2010 at 1 PM with Pastor Kirby Noseworthy officiating, interment to follow at the Pentecostal Church Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society. The family guest book may be signed or a memorial donation may be made through our website www.fillatre.ca.
