It is with great sadness that the family of the late WESLEY GORDON PIKE announce his passing on Saturday, January 3, 2004 at the Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 78. He will be sadly missed by his wife of 44 years Dorothy(nee:Wareham), daughter Charmaine and husband Everton Forrester, grandson Kenyon Jacob Forrester; sisters: Vera Lidstone, Daffidol Wareham, Lark Harbour,, Sylvia Wilton, Corner Brook; brothers: Leslie (Mildred) George(Wanda Webb), Eugene (Betty), Everett (Joan) all of Corner Brook; brothers-in-law: George Wareham (Audrey), Corner Brook, Lloyd Wareham (Gaye), Irishtown; sisters-in-law: Ruby McGinn (Robert), Corner Brook, Lorraine Dowden (Cyril), Shearstown, Louise Strickland, Corner Brook, Audrey Wareham, Toronto; and a large number of nieces, nephews other relatives and friends. He was predeceased by his parents George and Susanna Pike, Brother Josiah. The funeral service will be held TUESDAY, JANUARY 6th at 2:00 p.m. from St. John the Evangelist Anglican Cathedral, Main Street, the Very Reverend Lorne Gosse officiating. The interment will follow at Mt. Patricia Cemetery Friends may visit Fillatre's Funeral Home, 4 St. Marks Avenue Monday from 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. . As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers donations may be made to a charity of ones choice.
