Placide Elzeour Fequet
March 24, 1944 – September 15, 2023
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather, Placide Fequet, at the Antoinette Moulin Long Term Care Facility in Lourdes de Blanc Sablon on September 15, 2023.
Leaving to mourn, with fond and loving memories, his wife of 57 years Linda, son (predeceased) Daniel (Cindy), son Lester (Cathy) and son Steven (Elena).
Grand children Carla, Stacey (Michel), Kelly (Derrick), Korey (Audrey-Anne) Allisson, Daniel and Kaelie and great- grandchildren Ellie and Anna.
Also left to mourn is a wide circle of family (brothers and sisters, nieces and nephews) and friends
Our family would like to acknowledge, and thank, the nurses, doctors and staff of the Antoinette Moulin Long Term Care Facility for the special care and kindness they showed Placide, and our family, during his last four years he spent there.
As per Placide’s wishes, cremation has taken place. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
