NOVEMBER 3, 1952 - FEBRUARY 4, 2010
On February 4, 2010, God called Dorothy Eleanor Hounsell (nee: Legge) home at the age of 57. She will be forever missed and loved by her husband Gordon, daughters Sandra (John) Hounsell-Drover & Sonja (Corey) Welsh; grandsons William, Peter, Andrew & Nathaniel; sister Lavinia (Joseph); brothers Augustus (Greta), Harry (Sheila), David, Roland (Connie) and in-laws Laverne, Garry & Martin; nieces, and nephews. She was predeceased by her in-laws Janie and Albert Hounsell; parents Annie & Emmanuel Legge; brother Eugene; sisters Sandra and Colleen. A private viewing for family will take place at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing and the funeral will take place from St. Mary Magdelene Anglican Church, Jeffrey’s on Sunday, February 7, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Canon David Pearce officiating. As expressions of sympathy flowers are graciously accepted or donations may be made to a charity of ones’ choice. The family guest book may be signed or a memorial donation may be made through our website www.fillatre.ca. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing.
