LEONARD Annie Josephine Corner Brook, NL December 5, 1910 - February 4, 2005 Passed away on Friday, February 4, 2005, Annie Leonard (nee O'Neil) in the presence of her loving family at Western Memorial Regional Hospital at the age of 94 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, her sons: Tom (Gladys) and Jerry (Daphne) of Corner Brook; daughters: Mary Courtney (Sylvester), Southern Harbour, Placentia Bay, Brenda Lewis (Vincent) and Jean Blackwood of Corner Brook; grandchildren: Krista Leonard, Shelley Lee Taylor (Jason), Stephen Leonard (Rosilyn), Joseph Courtney, Stephen Courtney, Michael Courtney (Sandi), Brenda Ann Pye (Doug), Anita Young (Alden), Vincent John Lewis (Nadine), Margaret Clements (Calvin), Eileen Tuma (Jeff), Ellen Laurin (Roland), David Blackwood (Glenda), Joy Blackwood, Jerry Blackwood, Paul Blackwood, Randy Blackwood, Paul Blackwood, Randy Blackwood (Rhonda); 16 great-grandchildren; brother-in-law Dominic Leonard (Kitty) and sisters-in-law Marjorie and Stella, as well as a large circle of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Cyril, parents Nicholas and Mary O'Neil, sisters Alice Reddy and Nellie George, brothers Patrick, Jack, Nicholas, Thomas, James and Henry. Friends visited Fillatre's Funeral Home on Saturday evening, 7-9 p.m., and Sunday at 2-4 & 7-9 p.m. The Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, February 7th at 10:30 a.m. from All Hallows Church, Humber Road, Fr. Gordon Grace officiating. Interment to follow at Mt. Patricia Receiving Chapel. As expressions of sympathy, in lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
