It is with great sadness that the family of the late Justin Noel announce his passing in Forteau, Labrador on Thursday, August 6th, 2209 at the age of 18 years. Leaving to mourn with loving memories, mom Debbie Normore; step-father Morley; step-brother Damien; grand-parents: George & Laura Noel and Herbert & Florence Freake, along with a large circle of other relatives and friends. He was pre-deceased by his father Ralph. Friends may visit the Lanse au Loup Gospel Hall on Sunday, from where the Funeral Service will take place on Monday, August 10th at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at the Church Cemetery. As expressions of sympathy, flowers are graciously accepted.
