July 15, 1941 - October 18, 2021

Frenchman's Cove, NL 

It is with great sadness that the family of the late Angus Stewart announce his passing on Monday, October 18th, 2021 at Western Long Term Care, Palliative Unit at the age of 80 years. Leaving to mourn with fond and loving memories, his wife Mary (nee Bennett); stepchildren: Carolann, Peter, Paul, Raymond, Albert and Veronica; sisters-in-law: Helen, Anita and Mildred Stewart; best buddy and neighbor, Paul Quilty; many nieces, nephews, relatives, friends and his beloved cat, Missy. 

Predeceased by his parents William and Mary Stewart, brothers, William, James, John, Thomas and Frank, sisters Rebecca and Elizabeth.  Cremation has taken place. Friends and family may visit Fillatre's Funeral Home, 218 Curling street on Thursday evening from 7-9:00 p.m.  In keeping with Covid 10 Goverment restrictions, Mask and social distancing are required. There will be no formal funeral service. The burial service  will take place on Friday, October 22nd, at 2:00 p.m. at St. Ambrose Anglican cemetery, John's Beach with Reverend Effie Organ officiating.
