It is with great sadness that the family of the late Eva Margaret LeCoure announce her passing on January 17, 2004 at the Bay St. George Long Term Care Center in Stephenville Crossing at the age of 94. She leaves to mourn with fond and loving memories, her children: Donald (Thelma), Madonna (Ted) Young both of St. Georges, Ronald (Cecelia) of St. Bernard's, Eileen (Larry) of St. Albans, Nevin (Ann) of Labrador City and Billy (Patsy) of Brampton, Ontario as well as 23 grandchildren, 26 great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild and a large circle of nephews, nieces, relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her husband Frank and twin sons, Clifford and Clayton. The family will be receiving friends on Monday 2-4 pm and 7-9 pm at the St. Joseph Roman Catholic Church in St. Georges from where the funeral mass will be held on Tuesday January 20 at 2 pm with Father Ariel Garcia officiating. Interment will follow at the Church Cemetery, Shallop Cove. As expressions of sympathy donations may be made to the Bat St. George Long Term Care Cantre or to a charity of ones choice. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fillatre's Funeral Home, West Street, Stephenville Crossing.
