SONJA HUNT STEPHENVILLE CROSSING, NL APRIL 9, 1949 … JUNE 21, 2009 It is with great sadness that the family of the Late Sonja Hunt announce her passing at the Health Science Complex, St. John’s, NL on Sunday, June 21, 2009 at the age of 60 years. She leaves to mourn with many precious memories her husband Manuel; children: Claudette White, Michelle (Leo) Ellsworth, Walter (Elizabeth) Drake, Dwayne Drake; 11 grandchildren; sisters: Loretta Bennett, Janice (John) Oliver, Arla (Bruce) Rurick; brothers: Cleme (Bernadette) Bennett, Derick Bennett as well as many other relatives and friends. She was predeceased by her parents Thomas and Margaret Bennett; brothers: Tommy, Lewis, and Robert. Visitation will take place on Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 p.m. at Fillatre’s Funeral Home, Stephenville Crossing. The Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, June 27, 2009 at 2:00 p.m. from Assumption Parish, Stephenville Crossing with interment to follow in the Roman Catholic Cemetery, Brook Street, Stephenville Crossing.
